Real-life military advisors helped create a more authentic execution of weapon handling, house clearing, positioning, activity-based squads, etc… Featured in Premios Soberano (2024). As a woman, I love finding great depictions of female military officers and all ranks. This series does a fantastic job of showing multiple types of women in high positions and how they don’t give a damn in what they do. I’ve seen many shows make the case for why women shouldn’t be in power, but this show perfectly shows the balance between professional women ordering strikes with their own people as collateral and their personal lives with their families and children. Zoé Saladana, Nicole Kidman, Jill Wagner and their male counterparts LaMonica Garrett, Dave Annabel and Thad Luckinbill do an amazing job.
